Ireland Army Community Hospital is
proudly accredited by the Joint Commission. We encourage patients,
staff, medical staff and other individuals who may have recommendations,
concerns or complaints about patient care or quality of care to contact
the Patient Advocate Office in Room NBF 35-36, 502-624-9665/9011. The
office is located inside the Patient Services Center on the basement
level. They are open Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm. All concerns
are addressed and forwarded to hospital leadership. Patients and Staff
Members may also submit an Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) with
any concern, complaint or recommendation.
There will be no disciplinary action
taken because an employee reports safety or quality of care concerns to
the Patient Advocate, hospital leadership or the Joint Commission.
