When time is of the essence, it is important to know where to go to find emergency or immediate/urgent care. If you have a medical emergency--life threatening injuries and illnesses...something that endangers life, limb or vision--please dial 911 immediately. Or, visit the closest emergency room.
An Urgent Care, or Immediate Care Clinic, is for minor illnesses such as colds, the flu, ear infections, sore throats, fevers, rashes, minor cuts and burns and sprains. The IRAHC Family Care Clinic with extended hours is open for these immediate needs, Mon-Fri., 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m, closed Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays. For a same-day appointment please call 502-624-0508, or the appointment line at 800-493-9602 or 502-799-5901-local.

IRAHC Transition Updates and BTC information
In preparation for the physical relocation from the current IRAHC facility to the new one several changes must take place. This includes the incremental movement of clinics, equipment, staff and other department changes.
You will see notices posted to the IRAHC Transitions webpage as we ready departments/clinics for their relocations, some within the new health clinic and some within the IRAHC footprint. There is also information on the Beneficiary Transition Cell which was established to help our retiree beneficiaries transition, and manage, their health care within the network.
